Anne-Sophie Moretti

Anne-Sophie was Ines' Design Course student at Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne. She joined Latrace in 2013 and was responsible for hospitality and design strategies. Since 2015, she has been working on a freelance basis whilst pursuing further studies. Based on her international background, she represents the third culture generation and has a genuine curiosity in understanding why people do what they do. She is a passionate baker and cook and writes on Colour and Food Design in the Latrace' Delights Newsletter.
